Easy and quick to prepare, this lunchbox will make office lunches less gray and give you the energy to face the afternoon of work. Here is the recipe for the lunchbox based on BonRoll with carrot salad, cauliflower cream, roasted chestnuts and mandarins!
Procedure
Cook the slices of AIA Spinach BonRoll in a pan. Peel the carrots and cut them thinly with a peeler.
Season the carrots with oil, salt, pepper and lemon and lay the slices of AIA Spinach BonRoll on top. Steam the cauliflower, then blend it with pepper, salt, a drizzle of oil and a little yogurt until you get a cream. Score the chestnuts and cook them in the appropriate perforated pan. Peel the mandarin.
