The AIA BonRoll, as we know, always pleases everyone at the table and creating new combinations is not only fun, but allows you to bring tasty and very simple main courses to the table in no time. Today we propose a recipe with a gourmet and colorful touch: the BonRoll with crushed dried fruit and baked vegetables. This complete and delicious main course is perfect to be served on the occasion of a Sunday lunch or a dinner with friends, better if accompanied by a glass of good red wine.

Procedure

Bake the AIA Classic BonRoll with a drizzle of oil at 180°C for 50 minutes, covering it with a sheet of aluminum foil.

Peel the carrots and leave them whole. Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Clean the broccoli and get the florets. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Add the vegetables to the AIA Classic BonRoll and continue cooking for 20 minutes, adding the aromatic herbs.

​Remove the BonRoll from the oven, brush it with honey and cover it with coarsely chopped dried fruit.
