Cecilia is our advertising cook who today will get to the stove to cook some delicious meatballs served in buckwheat crepes with hot onion and wine sauce. It is a beautiful to see and rich in taste recipe that you can prepare at home in a few minutes and that you can serve on various occasions: from a dinner with friends to a different and original aperitif at home.

Procedure
Cook the meatballs in a non-stick pan until they are golden brown. In a large bowl combine the buckwheat flour, milk, eggs and mix well with a whisk until you get a smooth and lump-free mixture
Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a little butter. Pour a ladle of crepe mixture into the pan, making sure to cover the entire surface and cook for a minute, then using a spatula, turn it and cook it on the other side.
Place the crepes on a plate, alternating them with sheets of parchment paper. In a pan add a drizzle of oil and add the onions cut into slices. When the onions are golden, deglaze with the red wine and let them stew for 10 minutes adjusting with salt and pepper. Add the meatballs to the onion sauce and mix well. Fill the crepes with the meatballs and onions. Decorate as you like with chopped parsley.
