Procedure
Place the meatballs on a lined baking tray, drizzle them with a little oil and season with bay leaves and slices of lemon. Bake the meatballs at 180°C for 5 minutes then deglaze them with the white wine and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them into not too thin slices.
Blanch the potatoes in boiling salted water and drain them after a couple of minutes. In a large pan, brown a clove of garlic and a sprig of rosemary in a little oil, add the cleaned mushrooms, cut into pieces and sauté them adding salt and pepper. Add the potatoes to the mushrooms and cook the vegetables until they are cooked.
Serve the meatballs with the side of mushrooms and potatoes.
