Description

The aperitif snack with many delicacies along with sauces and crispy vegetables is ideal for those moments when you have little time to spend behind the stove. Easy and quick, no one will be able to resist this fantastic recipe.

For the preparation of the aperitif snack with sauces and crispy vegetables start by cleaning and washing the vegetables. Cut the carrots and celery into julienne strips. You can choose whether to leave the radishes whole with their stalk or cut them into thin slices.

Put the sauces in 3 small bowls and place them in the center of the serving dish. In the mayonnaise put a chopped chives and if you like, add sliced chili pepper to the ketchup, after removing its seeds.

Cook the AIA snacks in a pan with a little oil or in the oven at 220°C for a few minutes until they have taken on a amber color and a crispy texture. Serve the aperitif snack hot, accompanied by the crispy vegetables and a fresh drink.
